Exchange Policy

Return Policy:

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a store credit or exchange.

Defective Products:

  • All defective products must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Certain items, such as dog treats and grooming products, cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Return Process:

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Orders need to be returned to 8a Barratt Road, Factoria, Krugersdorp, Johannesburg. The cost of returning the order will be the customer’s responsibility.
  • Please note that customers are only permitted one exchange. Ensure you visit our sizing page to order the correct size product.

Refunds:
You may choose between a product exchange or credit; no refunds are permitted.

Sale items: 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges: 

Exchanges are allowed on non-sale items if they are unused and returned within 30 days. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us for exchange. However, we will cover the delivery costs for exchanges of defective items.

Cancellation of Orders:
As our items are handmade to order cancellations of orders are not allowed.
Delivery:

To return your product, please mail or hand deliver it to:

8 Barratt Road, Factoria, Krugersdorp, Johannesburg.

You will be responsible for paying the delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable.

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary depending on your location.

For items valued over R1000, we recommend using a trackable delivery service or purchasing delivery insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
