All our artwork is custom, so it takes time. We will try our best to give you a delivery date and stick with it, but this is not always guaranteed.
Our art will not always resemble your photograph 100% as it is art, and not a photo. We try our best to capture the likeness of you or your pet, but this is not always exact.
After receiving the digital copy of your artwork, please save a copy as it will not stay on the email. We delete it from our Google drive after 7 days.
Refunds & Revisions
Refunds can only be issued if we have not sent any artwork yet. Once we’ve sent you any artwork, whether it’s a Canvas or Digital portrait, we can’t issue any refunds as digital art can’t be returned to us.
Replacements will be sent free of charge if your item is damaged during shipping as a result of our couriers damaging the items if we can clearly see that the damage happened during transit, however should you choose to use your own couriers, we will not be liable for the damages, and will not replace or refund your products for free if it is damaged during transit, but we will happily replace it at a discounted price. (our cost price).
We offer revisions to the artwork after we’ve sent it, however we only offer one free revision on the same artwork, and we don’t offer any free redesigns. This means that you have to be sure about the photo that you are using, and the background that you choose. We are able to make small changes and adjustments to the artwork, but no redesigns. After the free revision, any additional changes or revisions will be charged as a separate portrait at full price.
Lead times will be affected by revisions. If you require a revision, it will not fall within the initial 3-5 days of design time, but rather 3-5 days from the revision request.
We also don’t offer revisions for free as a result of bad photo quality. Please make sure you follow our image guidelines below to get the best quality portraits that we are able to make.
Any deposits, or partial payments towards our products are considered to be non-refundable.
Our frames are advertised as A3, A4 and A5. These are however only the closest estimated size, not the exact size. This is also the size of the entire frame, not just the print. The reason for this is because our frames vary, and we get frames dependent on stock availability from our suppliers. As a result, the size is always slightly different by 1-3 CM. It should also be noted that the frame might not be exactly the same as seen in pictures, however it would still be the same style and color of frame that you expected.

Please send us as much info as possible for background colors and details as more is better. We want you to be happy with the end result.
Always send us your contact information like your Name, Phone No. and Email so we have enough ways to reach you, should we need you. Also send us your address for couriers if needed
Follow our photo guidelines below for the best results as better quality pictures will give better results. We also suggest you send your original photos (no screenshots, saves from Facebook or Whatsapp etc.) to our email at email@example.com as Whatsapp and Instagram lowers picture quality.
